I've come to realize I'm never quite happy with what I draw. Maybe I'll like it for a bit, but I look back a month later and can't understand how I ever thought it was even acceptable, you know? Especially looking at all the talented artists I watch, I feel nowhere near adequate.
I do hope I can continue getting better - when I look at what I was doing one or two years ago, it's bad enough that I just laugh now, which I guess is a good sign! ..right?
(for this reason I'd love to delete at least half of my gallery; but I won't because it's good to see improvement, plus I hate it when other people do that.)

I'm pretty sick, though getting better, and apparently everyone in the province with a flu right now has H1N1. I'm not particularly worried or anything, went to school anyway, every day except today.. since I'm really supposed to stay home for a week if I have any flu-like symptoms >>

I spent the day - yes, the whole day - working on that frickin' lineart I just uploaded. Now let's hope the colours go well. It's the first time I've ever sketched out a drawing on paper and then outlined it digitally. Though it took for-freaking-ever (img was 2300px tall T_T) I admit I'm sort of pleased...with the top half, anyway. Can't say as much for the rest. Either way, I think it's a bit better than my normal crap, so.. here's to improvement, amirite?
